Now Read this excellant article located by... by Mark Steyn...called ObamaNomics
excerpt: "Hey, that's great news, isn't it? After all, everyone knows Americans consume too much. What was it that then Sen. Obama said on the subject? "We can't just keep driving our SUVs, eating whatever we want, keeping our homes at 72 degrees at all times regardless of whether we live in the tundra or the desert and keep consuming 25 percent of the world's resources with just 4 percent of the world's population, and expect the rest of the world to say, 'You just go ahead, we'll be fine.' Resolutions and Revolutions!

WHAT ARE YOUR RESOLUTIONS THIS YEAR?

I DON'T MIND IF YOU JUST PUT YOUR LIKES AND DISLIKES FOR 2009!?

My resolution is not distribute or redistribute the wealth. More to the point let every person working have their fair share or at least a living wage for the majority.

I want to make my art career and landscape paintings a profitable venture since everyone thinks I have some good stuff.

I want health and stability for my self and family and some for you too.

I would like to see our country gear up militarily for the terrorists onslaughts.

Peace is nice but when has there ever been peace? We must be realistic not Pollyannish!

I have one more wish but its a secret one....

Cmon! tell me yours. Make a comment below!

How would this year be a good one for you?

Quote for the New Year 2009:

The supreme prayer of my heart is not to be learned, rich, famous, powerful, or "good", but simply to be radiant. I desire to radiate health, cheerfulness, calm courage, and good will. I wish to live without hate, whim, jealousy, envy, fear. I wish to be simple, honest, frank, natural, clean in mind and clean in body, unaffected - as ready to say "I do not know", if it be so, and to meet all men on an absolute equality - to face any obstacle and meet every difficulty unabashed and unafraid.I wish others to live their lives, too - up to their highest, fullest, and best. To that end I pray that I may never meddle, interfere, dictate, give advice that is not wanted, or assist when my services are not needed. If I can help people, I'll do it by giving them a chance to help themselves; and if I can uplift or inspire, let it be by example, inference, and suggestion, rather than by injunction and dictation. That is to say, I desire to be radiant - to radiate life.
